All rental units require a minimum of 2 night booking for weekends and 3 night booking for holiday weekends.
Weekly Rates: When you pay for 6 nights of camping, the 7th night is free.

SEASONAL SITES 2026
Seasonal camping offers families the opportunity to camp every weekend without the hassle of setting up and tearing down. It is a great way to make friends that become more like family. If you are interested in seasonal camping at Dream Lake Campground, we first encourage you to camp with us on some weekends. It gives you a chance to get to know us, other seasonal families and then you can decide if Dream Lake is a good fit for your family. If you would like to apply for a seasonal site for the 2027 season, the application can be found below. Simply click on it, fill it out completely and then submit it. The Seasonal application process will be open until September 15th. At that time, we will determine which sites we may have opening for the 2027 season and will select applicants to come in. The time frame for this will be late September through mid-October. We appreciate everyone’s interest in becoming a seasonal camper with us!
RENTAL PACKING LISTS
A frequently asked question is what is provided with the rental trailers or cabins. Below is a list of suggested packing items as well as what is provided in each of the rental units. Click on the unit type that you are renting and a printable PDF will provide you with assistance.
PACKING LIST FOR DELUXE CABINS
GENERAL POLICIES
- All pricing is based 2 adults and up to 4 dependent children under the age of 18. Additional guests are $5.00/day per guest
- A site may contain up to 1 camper/RV and 1 tent OR 2 tents and is designated for ONE family unit consisting of parents and dependent children only. Two family units will require 2 individual sites
- Maximum of 10 adults and children per site
- Maximum of 4 adults per site
- Must be at least 21 years of age to reserve a site
- Check-In is at 1:00pm, Check-Out is 12:00 Noon. Early Arrival and/or Late Departure may be subject to an additional fee
- Cabin and Trailer rentals are subject to 3% Occupancy Tax
- For stays greater than 5 days, camping mats/carpets may only be out for the weekend days
- We allow golf carts. Proof of insurance is required at check-in, only licensed drivers may operate the golf carts and all road rules must be followed within camp (speed limit, stop signs, etc.)
- Visitors are allowed in the campground between the hours of 9:00am and 11:00pm. They must stop and register at the store upon arrival and pay the visitor fees. Visitors are welcome to participate in camp activities while visiting. Campers are responsible for the behavior of the visitors at all times.
PET POLICIES
- Only non-aggressive pets are allowed at Dream Lake Campground
- All pets must be on a leash at all times
- Upon arrival, it is required to provide copies of pet’s vaccination records
- Pet owners must clean up after their pets in all areas, at all times
- Pets are not allowed in any Dream Lake buildings, cabins, Rental Campers, restrooms, or laundry facilities
- Excessive barking is not permitted and may result in early departure if not addressed
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- Cabin/Rental Camper cancellations are subject to a (1) day reservation fee
- Campsite cancellations are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. Campsite cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will be subject to a 1 day cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of your arrival date will result in NO refunds.
- No Shows will receive no refund.
- Refunds will not be granted for early departure
